What is QuickFeeds?

QuickFeeds is a tool that allows you to automatically keep track of your eBay activity on your Google, Yahoo! or other Homepage that supports RSS feeds. The feed syncs up with your eBay account to easily manage your bids, won and lost items and items that you are watching, so you don’t have to log into your eBay account to know what is happening.

How does it work?

QuickFeeds connects to your eBay account and converts your eBay data into RSS format. QuickFeeds gives you a URL link that can be placed into any page that supports RSS feeds such as MyYahoo! or Google's customizable home page. When inserting QuickFeeds in AOL, I get a My AOL Beta page. What is this?

The new My AOL, which supports RSS feeds is currently in beta. Please read the details on AOLs website. At the end of the automated insertion of QuickFeeds into My AOL, you will get the "Welcome to the new My AOL Beta"-page. One way to make sure QuickFeeds has been properly added is to click on "Manage my Feeds" and verify it appears in the list of your RSS feeds. Also, don't forget to swith from the classic AOL Home Page to the new My AOL home page if you want to get your eBay QuickFeeds.

What is QuickFeeds Plus and why does it only work in Google?

eBay QuickFeeds Plus SampleQuickFeeds Plus is a powerful advanced version of QuickFeeds that works with the Google Home Page. It allows to initiate a search in eBay directly from the home page. QuickFeeds Plus also automatically displays and updates this search result on your Google home page in addition to your watched items. It is based on advanced capabilities for RSS feeds that only Google provides at this time and therefore does not work in any other RSS-capable home page such as MyYahoo or AOL for the time being.
